The funniest thing happened to in the last few days. I went shopping at a local store with a friend last night and near the exit a discount box with snow shovels was placed. Sale: only 30 Euro! I started to laugh, knowing that in Cologne you get mostly mild, rainy winters.
The funniest thing happened to in the last few days. I went shopping at a local store with a friend last night and near the exit a discount box with snow shovels was placed. Sale: only 30 Euro! I started to laugh, knowing that in Cologne you get mostly mild, rainy winters.
But guess what? This morning I wake up, open the window and a beautiful winter landscape strikes my retina. I pinch myself to check if I'm dreaming, but the snow is still there, pouring from the sky. Those people at the store knew something.
Anyway, I went outside to enjoy the fresh air and the January cityscape. Here are some photos with the snowy campus.
