The 1st of May hiking trip, stories after a month. :P
The Mosel Valley is known in Germany for its vineyards and wines. It is among the few regions in this country where people drink more wine than beer. :)
The hiking trip that we have undertaken had almost 13 km and the landscapes were superb: vineyards, hardwood and pine trees set apart by a footpath, a medieval castle and a special church with a collection of human skulls accompanied by the small traditional villages. After we got out of the forest we had the chance to relax on a very comfortable bench, admire the green fields and forget about worries. Below you can find some pictures from this area. The sun missed the chance to offer us a perfect work day celebration. Maybe next time.

Sunny paths!
